AMATIN shows you what the PLR-cadastre <a href=\"http:\/\/cadastre.ch\/en\/home.html\">www.cadastre.ch<\/a> contains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>What is the PLR-cadastre?<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The PLR-cadastre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cadastre.ch\/en\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.cadastre.ch<\/a> provides an extract for the public-law restrictions on landownership of practically all properties in Switzerland. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The most important property restrictions that can be accessed online are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Land use plans (zoning plans)<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The land-use plans divide the territory into building zones and non-building zones. Within the building zone, the zone plan determines the permissible use and the number of storeys allowed. These &#8220;contaminated sites&#8221; may have to be remediated or monitored at great expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Noise sensitivity levels<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Noise sensitivity levels determine what noise emissions are permissible in the area.
