Dann die (zutreffende) Berufsbezeichnung eingeben, z.B. &#8220;Personalberater&#8221;, in welchem Fall die Meldung &#8220;nicht meldepflichtig&#8221; erscheint und Sie die Stelle wie gewohnt ausschreiben d\u00fcrfen. Wird die eingegebene (und zutreffende) Berufsbezeichnung als &#8220;meldepflichtig&#8221; taxiert, m\u00fcssen Sie diese Stelle zuerst dem zust\u00e4ndigen Regionalen Arbeitsvermittlungszentrum (RAV) melden (auf&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.amatin.ch\/Admin\/BlogsV2_Details.aspx?BlogID=11201&amp;PostID=672202&amp;BlogTitle=KMU\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">www.job-room.ch)<\/a>. Ab Meldung d\u00fcrfen Sie den Job w\u00e4hrend f\u00fcnf Arbeitstagen nicht ausschreiben (Frist beginnend am Arbeitstag nach Eingang der Best\u00e4tigung durch das RAV, dass die Stelle im System erfasst wurde). Erst danach ist es Ihrer Firma gestattet, die offene Stelle wie gewohnt auszuschreiben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Offene und an sich meldepflichtige Stellen m\u00fcssen in folgenden F\u00e4llen nicht gemeldet und k\u00f6nnen direkt besetzt werden: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>(1) Stellenbesetzung mit Arbeitslosen oder mit seit mindestens 6 Monaten angestellten Arbeitnehmern von innerhalb des Unternehmens, <\/li><li>(2) bei Besch\u00e4ftigung f\u00fcr maximal 14 Kalendertage und <\/li><li>(3) bei Angeh\u00f6rigen von zeichnungsberechtigten Mitarbeitern.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br><em>The essence in two phrases: Job registration requirement as from 1 July 2018 &#8211; go on&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.arbeit.swiss\/\">www.arbeit.swiss<\/a>, click &#8220;Check-up&#8221; and you know whether your job offer has first to be formally &#8211; and mandatorily &#8211; reported to the &#8220;RAV&#8221; (rough!) or not &#8211; sorry, the job titles are currently not available in English.
