Es ist nicht relevant, ob Arbeitnehmer w\u00e4hrend einer Erkrankung im Stand sind, sich zu bewerben, sondern nur, ob die Krankheit eine Neuanstellung verhindern k\u00f6nnte. Eine kurzweilige Grippe d\u00fcrfte einer Neuanstellung nicht im Weg stehen und rechtfertigt keine Verschiebung des K\u00fcndigungstermins.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arbeitgeber akzeptieren gew\u00f6hnlich ein Arztzeugnis der Arbeitnehmer als vermeintlichen Grund f\u00fcr das Hinausschieben des K\u00fcndigungstermins. Die Diagnose des Arzts ist der Arbeitgeberin meist nicht bekannt (wobei jede Arbeitgeberin das Recht hat, danach zu fragen). Wird die Ursache vom Mitarbeiter nicht (eventuell anderweitig) offengelegt, k\u00f6nnte eine von der Arbeitgeberin veranlasste vertrauens\u00e4rztliche Untersuchung kl\u00e4ren. \u00dcberdies d\u00fcrfen und sollen Sie auch die nach aussen wahrnehmbaren Begleitumst\u00e4nde mitber\u00fccksichtigen.
